Our Mission: Mobilizing for the Great Commission
RELIANT is dedicated to supporting the vital work of missionaries and local church leaders. We step into a supportive, deacon-like role, ensuring that frontline ministries can focus on their mission while we handle essential logistics and support services. Inspired by Acts 6:1-7, our work reflects the heart of servant leadership, enabling the Gospel to flourish across diverse contexts.

1. Deacon Ministry: A Foundation of Service and Character
In the early church, deacons were chosen to handle essential tasks, ensuring that the mission could continue without distraction. RELIANT embodies this principle by serving Gospel ministries and adhering to Biblical standards of character—temperate, faithful, and blameless (1 Tim 3:8-12).
2. Empowering Missionaries for Kingdom Work
God works through people to advance His Kingdom. By investing in the well-being of missionaries, pastors, and their families, we actively participate in God’s redemptive work. RELIANT views this support as a crucial investment in the future of the church and the spread of the Gospel (Ps 8:4-6; John 1:14).

Effective ministry starts with local leaders. RELIANT supports the spiritual leadership of local churches and ministries, offering structured missionary assessments and fundraising coaching. We work in a sub-missional role, ensuring our efforts align with the vision of on-the-ground leaders while avoiding interference in doctrine or practice.

At RELIANT, stewardship is a sacred responsibility. With rigorous financial controls, external audits, and professional memberships, we maintain the highest standards of integrity. Our commitment is not only to legal compliance but to excellence as an offering to God and a witness to the world (Matt 25:21; 1 Pet 2:12-17).
5. Biblical Support-Based Giving
The Apostle Paul thanked believers for supporting his apostolic work (2 Cor 8-9; Phil 4:10-20). RELIANT champions this model of missionary support, encouraging Christian individuals to contribute regularly to missionaries. This model complements other Biblical approaches like tithing and tentmaking, ensuring the Gospel reaches underserved areas.

The church is the cornerstone of Gospel work, and RELIANT is committed to honoring and supporting it. Originally focused on providing missionary support for college ministry church plants, we continue to prioritize church planting and Gospel-centered initiatives. Our partnerships emphasize building up the Body of Christ, never supplanting or disparaging it (Matt 16:18; Rom 12:4-5).
